What it does

  1. Formats the build plan into a tracked checklist. Syntax only — wording, order, feature count, notes, headings, nesting, existing IDs, and completion markers stay byte-for-byte unchanged.
  2. Generates syntaxis/context/project-overview.md.
  3. On the first run, offers a reviewed local baseline commit for your setup and plans.

What it guarantees

Section titled “What it guarantees”
  • Formatting needs no extra approval; changing scope or order does.
  • Existing items are never renumbered and IDs are never reused.
  • The baseline commit is never created silently, and it never pushes.

Re-run it whenever either plan changes materially.
